Смердокрыл
Hey! I was reading some topic on Modcraft and I suddenly encountered a classical debate on the topic of God. Interestingly enough, every(!) post ended with the line "I don't even want to start this argument". Since this is a new website and one of it's goals is to create a good image of the modding community, please, FUCKING PLEASE keep your political, social and religious preferences out of here. Otherwise, every third topic on the forum will turn into a battlefield of eight-year-old philosophy doctors. Keep in mind that I'm not ordering you to do anything, but just kindly asking, in hopes of making the forum a better place. or not
Skarn
Hey, nice points. That topic was an essential part for us to begin this and mostly it did the job. Fortunetely, this forum got moderation, so in some bad cases we can get involved and stop the flame. Though, again - freedom of speech. If the argument is constructive (as in if people discussing in what way to do something better) it's totally fine. As we say in Russia, argument bears the truth. Though, poinltess flame and mutual insultion shall be banned, exterminated, gassed and whatnot.
Смердокрыл
Though, again - freedom of speech. Of course, as long as, if its not related to modding, its in the "random" forum. As we say in Russia, argument bears the truthBEARs or not

Bastoco
I would say... BEAR-BEER! ^.^ I always said, my modder politic always stay neutral to everyone. I dont care if you take my work to say, thats your own. Bla, bla bla. Its a general modding-politic at my side. And my own sights are my part. If anyone wanna new my position about any topic, he can feel free to add me at skype and ask me. But here at the forums i see everyone as a friend. no matter where you come from, wich gender/nationality or whatever you have. Plus, how gumpy you once been to me - i dont care. Everyone get a 2nd chance and are free to getting to know me. A lot of old modders check this out and said "Oh basto, you are not so gumpy how all tells" and now we are good modding-friends. Thats great.Only condition i have: "So how do you to me, I to you", if you know what i mean? We dont have to be friends all together, but we can meet at a professional floor/eye level.Thats my mustard! Take the Beer, and some white-sausages and if you want, a Lederhosen - a big pretzel and stay together! Greets,Basto
Elrena
I'm not totally sure what prompted this thread, honestly. If you mean to keep the forum administration secular, it already is. But if you were talking about users in general discussing religion, I also don't really think that's a huge issue. I only remember a few religious posts being put onto Modcraft and they were mostly ignored. I think similar would happen here. We do have a policy here about freedom of speech though, which I've been meaning to write about in our rules page which is taking me forever to finish. As long as the discussion is legal and there is no verbal harassment, then it's fair game. ^^ Oh, and naturally it should be on-topic too. So, Random forum and all. I vote Down Syndrome!
