I would like to assign these geosets and get the geoset id so I can assign it in game. Note: this is for 7x. Im trying to port down a model to wod port it back up with 010 editor. Not sure if Im going about this all wrong, I thought I might have to get the model down to 3.3.5a so I can use pymodel editor but then I figured by the time I get it back to legion the model would be broken x) anyways if anyone knows how to get geoset ids or assign them in 010 editor please let me know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Roccus Posted April 6, 2017 Share Posted April 6, 2017 As far as know there's a M2ModRedux vers 4.8 that can convert M2 to m2i without converting legion one to Wod or prior (settings) and convert em' back to legion with the generated CHUNK or SFID or else i don't know for sure with the M21 format. In terms of Geosets, all i know for characters is that you can add and modify geosets as long as you swap or merge them with existing geosets etc. Quite long work. But adding custom things etc to 7.x, I think it's not going to be easy task as for you than for me. Hope you find a way. Not pro enough to talk about it. MR.Farrarie Posted April 7, 2017 Share Posted April 7, 2017 yup its possible to convert back from 335 convert the model by script lktocata and then do the same as converting wod to legion but don't change back the unit version to 274 keep it 272 and about M2ModRedux version 4.8 I don't think there is new release I think the latest is m2modredux 4.6 you may check here https://bitbucket.org/Fr33m4n/m2mod/overview but Skarn told us that Miton is at the moment working on a Blender plugin for .M2 models and about assign geoset in 010 editor I don't think people will share that in public I will do if I know but 010 is a bit more pain in the head than pymodel editor you may ask Inicio very respecting, good person and very good at m2 but at the moment he is a bit busy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
