Select bone that is capable of moving hand and to some bone weight paint you new mesh otherwise idk what are you asking ...

just select correct bone 

 

you mirrored it so that mean the mirrorer arm is still rigged to Bones of original model what you used to mirror

No matter how fast light travels it finds the darkness has always got there first and is waiting for it
