Смердокрыл
Hey! WoW crashes when I go to Aerie Peak. It's not a creature or an object, since I tried it with empty Creature and Gobject tables. Config seettings like SET gxAPI "OpenGL", SET Sound_EnableAllSound "0", and SET gxWindow "1" do not help. Any suggestions? or not
wungasaurus
without the crash log: no. nobody will.

Actually, I fixed it by removing all custom patches from the client and then adding them one by one, running the game every time. That way I identified which patch was causing the problem. or not
wungasaurus
Well, great. This helped nobody ever, and still does not say what the problem was. Of course you can "eliminate the problem" by just removing everything you changed. Big surprise.

As I said, after I moved them to a different folder, I was adding them one by one, running wow every time, so I could see after the addition of which patch it began to crash. That way I found the patch, looked through it and found a tree model (which is present in Aerie Peak), which was of a different format (not cata), and actually I had no idea why I added it in the first place, so I removed it, recompiled that patch and added it, together with the rest, to the Data folder. or not
