Naxxramas Skyrim Mod request...

Hello members of the Model Changing community. I have come here to make a request from you highly experienced modders. Specifically, I am making a mod in the game Skyrim based on Naxxramas in World of Warcraft. I uploaded a youtube video if you want to see how it looks so far:

Now while I am making some decent progress, what I would really like to do is get the models from WoW into Skyrim. I have already exported a lot of files from the WoW model viewer but there are some that I can't like the Necromancer model http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/wowwiki/images/2/29/Heigan_the_Unclean.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20081015200128 (because the model viewer crashes when I try to export it), and the drapes and giant skulls that hang from the walls inside Naxxramas. I've looked all through the files and those do not seem to be in there. Furthermore I need to know how to actually import WoW models into Blender then from Blender into Skyrim's Creation Kit. I don't know if this is the right place to ask since this place seems to deal mostly with WoW modding, but I really need to know how to do this and I already asked pretty much everywhere else. Anyway if someone could teach me how to do it or even better make a resource pack I would be very grateful.

For exporting WMO models to Blender you can use the script provided in our downloads section. For everything else... M2 models can be converted to common formats in different ways. With the support of animation, (if that's what you need for your necromancer) you'd need to downport M2 model from Wrath+ client to TBC format (there is a 010 editor script for it, created by Koward, as far as I remember), then you'll be able to open it with a tool called MDLvis and convert it to Warcraft III .MDX file which has a lot of plugins for all the editors.

Also pay attention to Machinima Studio. I believe it can do stuff like that pretty well. Though, it is not free to use. There is a trial extender, yeah, but we do not encourage piracy here. -_-

Right that sounds a bit complex. Surely I could just install my legally owned copy of TBC or download a client and get a WMV version that's compatible with that?

Thing is with that Necromancer model the WMV just crashes every time I try and export it as an FBX file. Also do you know what I need to do to get the models into the Skyrim Creation Kit or are you not familiar with that toolset?

Also as for those drapes in Naxxramas, where exactly are they located in the files? They're also used in Undercity if it's significant.

Can you give me a step-by-step guide for downporting the Necromancer please? Sorry for all the questions I am quite new to all this.   >.<

I don't know about the Creation Kit. Last time I tried messing with Skyrim I did not like the toolkit like at all.

I can't do a step by step guide as I never messed with those things myself either. But there are quite a few tuts over the internet on how to export stuff from WoW. Importing it back is what really usually a problem.
