Erutia - Capito'rei

Capito'rei was elven capital city, which was destroyed by Fel Horde. Buildings were turned to dust, and a new fortress - orc fortress - was built. The very top of city was corrupted by arcane energies from destroyed elven artifact, Erutia Star, which was destroyed by elven defenders when they realized that they can't defend it from orcs. This place was feared and shunned even by orcs, except warlocks, who established their seat there, in the only building which wasn't utterly destroyed - buildin, which used to house Star itself.
