I found the download link for the WOTLK Classic client here. It comes from another project, but it provides the download link for the client. I have already downloaded it, and it is indeed version number 54261. This should be the final version of WOTLK Classic for global servers. The Chinese servers belong to a different version, which I am not interested in.
