I am reposting this since Valaryon has since left and his google drive link was taken down. I reached out to him for a clean version of the file so I could re-release it.
This file released was commissioned for the sole purpose to assist the community. Please consider doing similar releases of much frequently needed content for the ease of access of the WoW Modding Community. Thank you.
